Breakfast - Lean turkey slices, Herbed goat cheese, one slice of cumin flavred gouda cheese, cucumber. Yoghurt, energy bar, strawberry jam, toast and croissant. (Menu Card)

This is a "new" concept for LH. A small leaflet explained that the business class breakfast has been developed by WellFit, a German fitness magazine to be balanced, healthy and flavorful. It was good but I craved oily warm food after a long intercontinental flight. Good concept though.
