Business Class

Brunch (between 10h00-12h00) - Cold plate with sliced chicken breast, chick peas in a herb/tomato dressing and some salad greens. Served with some cheese and warm breads and a sort of nut cake with cream and a passionfruit (?). (Menu Card)

Coffee and Orange Juice.

Not as good as some other LH C-class meals. Who wants to eat chick peas at 11 in the morning? The chickpeas were mega-dry and would have been much better if offered with a dressing, even as simple as an Italian dressing out of a squeeze packages. The chicken was also dry and relatively flavourless - would have also benefited from some dressing. Breads were ample, warm and served with a smile. The dessert cake was almost as dry as the chickpeas before they were rehydrated and could have been served with a more generous helping of cream to counteract the dryness. The chocolates offered are exquisite and my complements to DreiMeister chocolatiers and the budgeting departing for permitting these indulgences. Juices should be served out of tumblers instead of wine glasses to allow a more suitable portion. Coffee cups should also be more like mugs instead of the half-yogurt cups that are presently used for coffee, which encourage spillage and only baby-sips of otherwise enjoyable coffee.
