Salad - Grouper Ligurian-style with grilled Calamaretti, Olives and Herb Pesto (Menu Card)

Unfortunately, the grouper had some fishbones and I found that there was too much of olive oil on the plate. The taste of the fish was very good; the Calamaretti were tender.
