Supper: Appetizer of Malaysian satay (charcoal hand grilled chicken and beef skewers with peanut sauce and traditional accompaniments), and smoked salmon gravlax and snow fish (with pomelo salsa and a wedge of lemon). Bakery selection. Main course of grilled lobster (orange scented lobster tail served with braised orzo pasta, capsicum tian and nantua sauce). To finish, fresh fruits. Gourmet coffee.
