More spread out menu... meals are served course by course, and main course is plated individually in the galley. I ordered a special Chef-on-call entree, which is only available on A330 and B777 flights. Waffles with Pineapple filling and Pastry Cream with caramelized pineapples, mixed berries compote, and maple syrup It is a respectable entree... different from the usual Nasi Lemak, Omelet or chicken with rice choices...
