Fish Teriyaki, Vegetables, Rice, Potato and shrimp salad, Soba. Ice cream. Snack: Salmon onigiri, snickers bar

I love catering out of Japan. Flawless food, fish was fresh and rice was soft and fluffy. Note the use of non branded MH plastic cups and generic plastic cutlery. Cost cutting measures again. That said, quality and quantity of food cannot be faulted.
