"Considering it was a short hour & twenty minute domestic flight, the food was excellent, far better than anything offered in North America where most airlines can't be bothered to serve anything. The girls had the food on the trays within 20 minutes of take-off, it was hot, clearly fresh, and quite well cooked. The flan-like dessert was very subtle: a combination of coconut and (probably) mangosteen.
