Salad is fine and presentation is okay, but rolls are cold. My choice of entr?e ¡V delicious and juicy steak ¡V not too rare and not too overcooked¡K look at the picture¡K it was one of the best piece of steak that I have ever had at 33,000feet. I like the apple pie, and normally, I think a proper business class should offer both (that is actually why I dislike KLM or UA J service), but then MAXjet was a low cost J class and that is fine. For breakfast, the one tray affair is great -- muffin is warmed and the fruit plate (Melon, cantaloupes, grapes, strawberry and pineapple) is decent. Omelet is just too heavy for me... but some folks actually have that option.
