Dinner appetizer. Shredded mozzarella on tomato slices with some pesto-like dressing on the side; two kinds of rolls with butter. (Menu Card)

"We were the only two passengers in the 12-seat business-class cabin of a 757 so it seemed like being on a private jet with very attentive service. The rolls were excellent."
