Hot meal of 2 courses to choose from : 1) Beef with spaghetti, blanched carrots and green peas. 2) Chicken with rice and vegetables. Cold appetizer: 4 rings of fresh cucumber , salad of pickled bell pepper, olives, Italian salad dressing, bun. Dessert: apple pie with cinnamon.

Soft drinks: juice (apple, tomato, orange), drinking water "Snezhskaya".

Standard hot food from the Cuban catering company "Cubacatering" (Santa Clara ). Because about 40 people were poisoned at the hotel before boarding the plane, the Cuban Ministry of health banned the flight. The injured people were removed from the flight, and we were taken to hotels after 5 hours of waiting in the cabin! We could fly away only after a day! And while we were sitting on the plane for 5 hours waiting for the solution of these problems, they decided to feed and give us water with what they prepared for our flight... As you can see, Cuban catering is very modest, considering the 11-hour flight. I don't like blanched carrots,so I left them untouched. Pickled pepper salad is on the fan, but I ate it. Apple pie with cinnamon is fresh, delicious and specific, I liked it. But in General, so-so, especially if you consider the flight time. But you can't starve to death. In addition many on Board clearly had no appetite ))) The chicken with rice did not get into the frame, but according to the assurances of fellow travelers, it was unsuccessful. The chicken is tough, the rice is dry.
