Dinner , Special meal: MOML
Chicken buryani with saffron rice and vegetable masala. Mutabbal salad (eggplant with taheena paste) with pita bread and traditional Omani sweets.

Meal was of standard Y class standard. The chicken (bneath the rice) was juicy but otherwise the rice and masala were not really good. The Muttabal not fresh and the omani sweet not to my liking. I don;t know whythe "seafood" label was on the cover of this meal :-)
