Breakfast There was choice of Continental or Filipino breakfast. I picked this traditional Filipino breakfast of garlic rice, longaniza sausage (chicken) and scrambled eggs. This was served with melons + grape, breakfast muffin, Filipino breakfast roll, jam and margarine.

Water, coffee

A wonderful familiar comfort. The meal was tasty and served warm. The egg was a little dry, but that was expected because eggs are hard to keep moist in this situation. The sausage was perfect although I prefer the traditional pork to this chicken which tends to be a little tough because it has less fat. I wish PAL would use metal cutlery instead of plastic. The hot towels before breakfast were a nice touch.
