This was my first time to take PAL's international flight. Was looking forward to having a Filipino meal on-board, but was not offered this time. Instead, we were offered fish fillet and Singaporean pork. I chose the latter. The pork dish was very moist, succulent and tender. The sauce reminds me of a dish back in the Philippines. It was very flavourful. The rice, however, was more on the dry side, rather than moist. For appetizers, cold noodles were served. I am not a big fan or cold noodles (even in salads) for an airline meal. Noodles for me should be served hot. The bread was served cold as well. The mango creme dessert capped this decent meal I had.

Equipment: The tray was too small for the food containers. I think they need to use larger trays as there is a tendency that utensils, cutleries, and even coffee/tea cups tend to scatter if the tray was not handled well.
