Maybe my friend established the succulent image of having dinner (read: rice, beef, dessert) thousands of feet above sea level on our way home and/or maybe we found it sickening that the population in Cebu is 10 Korean tourists to 1 Filipino that I could taste disappointment instead of chocolate. Swallowing has never been that easy! I didn't have the appetite to tear the second pack either. If there's any consolation, the flight attendant was kind enough to oblige when I asked for my second drink.
