What was in the meal?: A small size tray featuring a cole slaw on salad,
a hot main of beef cassarole with baby potatoes and carrots, spreadable
cheese and crackers. (Menu Card)
Signature 2000 Mateus Portuguese red wine and sparkling water out of a good range of drinks.
A pleasant hot light lunch on this lightly laden flight. This is sort of an upgraded Economy product, featuring hot meals partly served on Business Class china, using Portugàlia's very classy design on Vista Alegre porcelainware. a cotton napkin was provided as well, but glasses and cutlery were plastic.
