I had a few beers throughout the flight, and some red wine with the main course.

Pulkovo or Pulkovo Airlines is a Russian regional airline. They are excellent. Unfortunately many factors such as Russian visa policies restrict their growth otherwise this is an absolutely fantastic small airline. Service is outstanding, extra friendly by any standard. During that two and a half hour flight to Frankfurt they served a choice of beverages (anything you want), three course meal (they actually serve three different trays). No one else serves meals of this size and variety on internal European flights.
