Pumpkin & coconut soup Shoulder of lamb, slow roasted on cous cous with chimichurri Cinnamon pudding with paoched pear & cream anglaise

Great meal! The soup was rich and tasty. The main course lamb was generous of restaurant quality. And its great to see an actual dessert - not just ice cream - served on the flight. Qantas business food is better than BA (not saying much) but also LAN and even Cathay.
