Warm salad of duck confit with ruby grapefruit, hazelnuts and radicchio. Black Angus beef tenderloin with potato gratin, shredded cabbage and Parmesan salad with chimichurri sauce. Dessert - orange savarin with vanilla bean ice cream.
Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill 2000 champagne. Grosset Semillion Sauvignon Blanc
Extensive menu with plenty of choices to cater for those who wish to eat a little or a lot. Canapés were served pre-departure. Good sized portions. Food was delicious.
