Canape - Seafood in seaweed wrap Starter - Smoked salmon and unagi with cold soba noodles Main - Malaysian beef curry. Dessert - Ice cream.

White wine, water

One of the few carriers to ditch trays for Business Class. Impressive, but it does create extra work for the flight attendants!
