STARTER: Selection of international and Middle Eastern appetisers. Mixed seasonal salad. MAIN COURSE: Grilled darne of salmon in dill cream sauce, buttered seasonal vegetables, chateau potato, maftool with pine nuts and mixed white & yellow basmati rice. DESSERT: blueberry opera cake, cheese and biscuits. DRINKS: orange juice, gin & tonic, cognac.

Orange juice, gin & tonic, cognac.

A bit mean on the drinks, but the food was good. Didn't quite hit the mark expected for business class.
