Tortina original (not boght on the plane, Ryanair doesn't sell tortina original)

coffee and tea (3 eur for both)

Tea was tasteless, coffee was horrible! Definitly not a "delicious americano"... both were expensive! Tortina was really good, but since it wasn't bought on board, it doesn't affect the rating. Crew was unprofessional. The landing was one of the worst i've ever experienced: heavy wind, descent was too fast and landing incredibly hard. Some children were screaming too! Oh yeah. Believe me or not, it was that scary. I know the weather was bad, but pilots are trained to deal with these weather conditions. They didn't perform very well here
