The meal was handed out in a nice looking bag with ham sandwich, fruit youghurt and orange juice. FA served good coffee - and provided fresh milk!

Good and efficient. Not for the very hungry, but ok. Since we bought the tickets before SAS skipped free economy class meals on intra European rutes ours was free. Normal price is 7€.
