Starter: Lobster with mango and radish and green salad on the side Main: Chicken with parsnip mash and grilled vegetables Desert: Tart and local ice cream. The rum on board was for a limited time only to mark the new route to Miami and the rum was fantastic.

Champagne, white wine, Black Tears spiced rum for the desert (fantastic!)
