Pork loin served with potatoes and kohlrabi, red cabbage and parsley cream; sprinkled with edible flowers. This is served with crisp bread. Later on I asked for a caramel muffin as well.

Sparkling wine and tea

The meal was tasty, though considering the flight time (2h 45m) and travel class (SAS Plus), it could've been more substantial. However, it was possible to order snacks (such as the muffin) from the BOB menu at no extra charge, so I can't really complain!
