I purchased a salad for 10 euros served in SAS' elegant "cube". It consisted of: "lightly smoked rooster breast from Bjare served with a Stora Tollby Farm potato salad with black trumpet mushrooms and Swedish winter apples, butternut squash cream, greens and salted pumpkin seeds.

Tea (complimentary)

The salad was very tasty, but for the price I paid, I was a little disappointed: the portion was rather small and there was no bread, crispbread or perhaps a little dessert offered; something I would expect when paying 10 euros for a salad onboard a plane...
