The meal consisted of a smoked chicken salad, served with potatoes, pickled root vegetables, and celeriac cream. Crisp bread also came with the meal. And for dessert, a couple of chocolates.

Cava to go with the meal. Coffee later on.

After flying Lufthansa and Swiss Business Class, SAS' product feels like a bit of a contrast, indeed. The meal came out of a box, and all equipment (cups, cutlery, etc.) was single-use. The meal itself was ok, but nothing special. On the other hand, the crew were very friendly and provided good service - for instance, they were happy to give me another bottle of Cava!
