Beef in gravy with boiled cube potatoes, pees & carrots. Salad. An unknown dessert (likely a strawberry flavored cheese cake)

This meal was the same as a similar flight route a few years earlier (photo uploaded in my name). It was better this time around, as the gravy was no too salty and beef far more edible. Salad as usual nothing special but the accompanied thousand island was terrible. The dessert was not touched, look at it.. would you eat it?
