Appetizer - Smoked Salmon, Taboule Salad, herb cream cheese, greens and two types of Bread (Menu Card)

The meals in First class on SV are served as an ala cart menu presenting first the appetizer, salad, soup on request, Entrees with accompaniments then deserts. Your choice of Bread from a veriety of five. Presentation was nice but the taste was not of FC standerds.
