Buryani with mutton, Salad, Dessert Bun and butter.

Buryani is a traditional dish of rice well flavoured in safron a yohgurt. A very heavy and rich meal which is usually a proud product of any home kitchen. As a result it is very dificult to accept it as airline food particularly economy. It was dry and the flavor a fraction of what it supposed to be. The Salad was fine and the dessert was left as is, too scary for me.
