Chicken in tomato-based sauce with orzo pasta (that stuff is NOT rice, although it sure looks like it). Fresh watermelon + canned pineapple. Other choice was fish curry with rice.

I thought canned fruit had no place in the Singapore Airlines Group, but then again, perhaps this was one of the "rules" they could circumvent by having SilkAir.....
