Omelette in carbonara sauce and mushrooms, with potatoes. Bread roll and butter. The other choice was mee siam flavoured fried rice vermicelli

Orange juice, coffee, tea

Omelette was, well, just omelette..... The bread roll was still fresh and warm and this was a major plus point! The wife found the mi hum (rice vermicelli) rather disappointing, though
