Salad was great. Main course was part of the "Book the Cook" selection, but unfortunately, disappointing. It was very heavy with the sweet sauce, the noodle was great though. Presentation was top notch. Service was very personal, given that there were only 7 pax in a cabin meant for 24. Carts were never used, trays, wines, and other drinks were brought out from the cabin individually.
