Two meals are served on this morning flight - Brunch after takeoff and a light lunch prior to arrival. I had pre-ordered the Book the Cook "lobster thermidor" on the first meal, and on the second meal, I chose a dish designed by Carolo Cracco of Ristorante Cracco, Milan. The main course, "Seared Iberico Pork Loin with Quince Paste and Jus" was actually very tasty and the side cabbage was lovely. Singapore Airlines does a much better job on these daytime flights, compared to those pathetic low energy late night flights featuring really poor dishes.
