Smoked mackerel was delicious inside the roll. This time, the salmon was better; still overcooked in general but not as much as SIN-FRT leg. Rice was not touched; but did not look too oily. The steamed vegetables were average but fruit platter was good with lots of citrus. There was also Magnum icecream bars served after dinner but I was too full from all the food to eat one.
