To start - "Tropical Fizz" with warm nuts.
Appetizer - duck foie gras with mirabelle plum and "Dacquoise" coconut, fresh fig and balsamic reduction.
Main dish - Indian style lamb rogan josh with jaifereize vegetables, dal curry and saffron rice served with raita..
Dessert - Passion fruit mousse cake.
Cheese plate - Camembert Le Pere, Red Leicester and Bleu D'Avergne accompanied by grapes, crackers and garnishes.
Cup of Paris-Singapore tea.
Tropical Fizz and water
Great tasting dinner served by fantastic crew. The appetizer was creatively done and different. The lamb had a nice "kick" without being overly spicy and dessert was just average.
