Prelude - Fruit appetizer with tea and apple juice. Starters - Choice of cereal or yoghurt. Main - Selection of dim sum, Ricotta pancakes OR Scrambled eggs. The flight attendant was kind enough to save my pre-ordered Singapore chicken rice dinner and have it served as the second meal.

Apple juice and Paris-Singapore tea

Instead of having my pre-ordered dinner, I chose an item from the menu and decided to have my pre-ordered meal during the second meal service. The chicken was tender and the rice flavorful. It was accompanied by sweet soy, ginger and chili sauce.
