Typical long haul first class dinner The antipasto platter was lovely, along with the sea cucumber chicken mushroom soup. For main course, I ordered "Lobster Wanton Noodle" soup from the Book the Cook menu. I chose this particular dish because it is one of the few dishes that is not available for business class passengers, and I love noodle soup. Lobster wontons were okay and the ee-fu noodles that came with it were a bit over-cooked. However it is pretty good given the limitation posted at 40,000ft.
