Singapore Airlines continues to improve the catering on these regional flights, which are highly competitive and high yield too. Beverage service is now served with a bowl of mixed nuts, instead of packaged mixed nuts. I tried the wok fried prawns with superior sauce exclusively created by Zhu Jun of Jade Garden Restaurant, Shanghai - a new celebrity chef.
