Pre-dinner drinks-White wine and mixed nuts & crackers. Singapore sling. Appetizer-Marinated vegetable salad with baby shrimps. Main course-Pan roasted chicken with grain mustard sauce, seasonal vegetable and potatoes. Dessert-Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Cheese, crackers, roll & butter.

Nice beverages. The Singapore sling had a mild kick. Tender chicken and crunchy veggies. Sufficient portions. Overall good meal.
