Appetizer of three satay with onion, cucumber, and spicy peanut sauce. Starter of Nicoise salad with smoked salmon followed by a main of Surf and Turf with scallop and braised shortrib with sauteed zucchini-squash with mashed potatoes. Dessert of Viennetta ice cream and gourmet cheese as a finale.

Bollinger Cuvee and water

Another sensational meal served with impeccably. SQ really sets the bar far and above any other carrier.
