Dinner Smoked ham with cilantro pesto flavoured pasta salad Pan fried salmon fillet with garlic butter, mixed vegetables, beans and potato stew (Menu Card)

No Chicken offered due to bird flu at that time, so chose the fish which did not let me down (Personally I never choose to eat fish if there's chicken). Salad was fresh, the garlic butter sauce was really tasty along with the fish which was sound quality! food, meal, catering out of Hong Kong always give me surprises!
