Dinner
Dinner was first served after takeoff and I chose the newly Korean inspired menu designed by Chef Yim Jung-sik. The seared tuna salad was wonderful and the tuna was premium grade - fatty tuna/otoro, and then there is a soup course - dried pollack soup with beancurd. Pork Bulgogi was main course, but it was not supposed to be spicy. The accompaniment is great and I love the milky beef soup. Dessert was strawberry shortcake!
