Supper service was served prior to arrival, and it was wonderful as usual. The burrata starter was excellent, followed a bowl of lovely noodle soup with seafood. The noodle used was Hong Kong style wonton thin noodles, and the accompaniments are sea bass, scallops and shrimps. Dessert was Buttermilk Cherry Parfait - but tasted more like a cake.
