Dom Perignon 1998

For appetizer, I had the lobster, which was really nice. For soup, I have the cream soup, which is delicious. Salad is fresh... not too large portion, but just right. I had the vinaigrette too. I used the Book the Cook Lobster Thermidor entree. Four kinds of cheese, but I chose the Brie & St. Mature, and the sides include crackers, nuts, and grapes. For dessert, it is a beautiful dessert platter, as you can see from the picture. It tastes very good too.
