Lunch - Chicken in black pepper sauce, with vegitables and rice. Plus a salad with a lump of reconstituted undefined meat, coutons, and garlic dressing. A lump of processed cheese, two biscuits, and a roll. Ice cream came alo (Menu Card)

Water on the tray plus a glass of undefined French Chardonnay.

"Pretty good for economy. Lots of flavour - and lots of food to play with. The chicken, although a dull choice, was tender, the rice loose, and the veg a good mix of carrots, baby sweetcorn, and green things. Nice salad, with a lovely dressing - but goodness knows what the meat was. It lost me!"
