Singapore Airlines will switch this Manchester/Houston flight to A350 beginning January 14, and there will be no more first class cabin, as A350 also has business, premium economy, and economy. The food was okay, and the roast duck entree would be perfect if they use the real roast duck juice, instead of just plum sauce. The beef cheek entree on the pre-arrival meal was the highlight for sure, but the dessert really disappointed me.
