Salmon with rice and taro. Shrimp salad, ice cream, Zaru Soba, green tea flavored ice cream, Japanese prawn cracker.

Fruit Spritzer

Succulent chunk of Salmon, very juicy and full of flavor. I've never enjoyed fish this much before. food, meal, catering ex-NRT has always been good. The shrimp salad looked really 'scary' closed up.... I initially thought there were lots of black 'seeds' in the salad...but later realised that they were shrimp eye balls!! The shrimps were sweet and crunchy though.
