"The salad was assembled by the cabin attended right in front of my eyes and I could choose from every thing as much as I liked. This was the kind of service I would expect at First Class but Singapore Airlines has it in the Business Class. The salad and the sauce were great! All this sitting on the top floor of a 747-400 made me feel very comfortable."
