Starter of smoked tuna with eggplant puree, sun-dried tomato and mesclun with a balsamic vinaigrette. Main of Jumbo shrimps in Thai red curry sauce with assorted vegetables and fried rice noodles. Finale of chocolate creme brulee with berry compote and a selection of cheese and garnish.

Signature Singapore Sling, Water, Diet Coke

Wonderful meal from start to finish. Would really recommend their Book the Cook option which has a much larger and comprehensive menu offering. Service was outstanding!!
