After take off drinks, Lunch (Menu Card)
Smoked Salmon with Thai Style rice noodle salad, Pan fried fish fillet served with lemon thyme sauce, stuffed tomato with egg, spinach and steamed potato, Cheese and crackers, ice cream.

Singapore Sling, 7-UP

Thai Style rice noodle was hard and cold. Tasted really bad. The main course of fish and potatoes was surprisingly good (created by George Blanc, a member of SQ's International Culinary Panel. (Notice the plastic cup containing the 7-Up... I wonder how the Olympic Airlines cup ended up onboard this SQ flight!!!!)
